I loved the well-maintained accommodation and reasonable prices. The hotel's location is great, close to downtown, the zoo, and Chinese shopping centers. The room was equipped with a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, a TV, and a large bed. The breakfast selection was amazing, with an omelette station and delicious eggs.

great choice for trip. fairly clean and fantastic hotel with new-fashioned rooms. breakfast with lukewarm eggs and an omelette station, for example. residential area, suburban location so close to shopping close by, and the highway heading downtown.

Everything is great here, had a such wonderful stay for a short business trip. The food is fabulous and astonishing. Make sure to get double room with the amenities, 2 double bed, extra pillows. Our hotel is set in a suburban location just next door to Markham as well as Toronto.

This place had a great suburban location close to downtown and the zoo, and it was convenient to hop on the highway for the drive back home.

Location not far from the library new books, shopping close by. Cheap and updated room with an individual safe, climate control and a sofa bed.

Great way to end our trip. The hotel is famous with excellent employees with their service. A huge variety of great food for meals.

The hotel is wonderful unfortunately far away from the center.

This was a comfortable stay for a short business trip. the room was clean and cheap in the new tower, and I appreciated it. - Coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges were nice. - the staff was exceptional, exceptionally nice, and responded promptly to requests. - It was really close to plenty of underground available, downtown Toronto at Union Station and Richmond Hill, marvellous and amazing location overall.

Very tired decor in the rooms with heavily stained carpets in all 3 rooms I booked in both towers. No bellhop service on arrival to help with luggage. Bellhop upon departure provided incomplete luggage tags. Outsourced healthclub gym next door hasn't been renovated in years, very tired and outdated equipment. Used to be one of Richmond Hill's top health clubs. Bartender was indifferent to customers at the bar and continued sorting out receipts while customers waited to be served.

Average restaurant, but the location is stunning and amazing, right in a cozy residential area. the Thornhill district is definitely a gem worth checking out! 🏡

Thursday the hotel was fantastic. I enjoyed the pool and spa. Ate dinner in the beautiful restaurant and my daughter and I had 1 very nice day and then..................................

I stayed from Thursday until Sunday. Unfortuneately when I booked the hotel with my daughter for a quiet relaxing weekend they didnt tell me that on Friday the enire hotel would be filled with very loud, noisy very wild kids. Everytime I got on the elevator from my 6th floor every button was pressed. A couple of times I got on the elevator and kids were having a food fight. Saturday morning at 6am there were kids running up and down the halls making a lot of noise. I complained several times I even open the door and told them to shut up. Nothing worked. The girl from the front desk when I called to complain said "well they are hockey PLAYERS"it was so noisy until 730 when they went to their hockey game. A beautiful fun weekend with my daughter turned into a very noisy unpleasent experience. I was woken again at 6am Sunday morning and I was very upset but nothing seemed to work so I packed my suitcase and at 6:30 am I was in my car driving back to Montreal because I couldn't sleep or relax with all theat wildness. I have no intention of ever returning to your hotel.

Welcoming and helpful staff, very good room service meal, comfortable room with great pillows and duvets.
